You will be expected to maintain the communities curb appeal while communicating effectively and professionally. It is expected that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner and will likely require operating tools and equipment in accordance with safety and operations standards.   Key Responsibilities:  * Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas * Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments * Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed * Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effectivemanner * Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company * Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership   Qualifications:  Professional Experience:  * Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred Education:  * High school education or equivalent is preferred * Accurately perform basic mathematical functions  Computer Skills:   * Beginner computer and Internet knowledge preferred * Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred Physical Demands:   * Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
