Helpdesk Support role available for a growing software business based in Southport. The role will see you supporting a range of clients to resolve issues that they have with the platform usability or their understanding of how it works.
The Helpdesk Support role will see you becoming an expert on the businesses software.
To be considered for this Helpdesk Support role you must have experience in a phone based helpdesk, technical support or customer support role previously. You must be confident communicating with a range of people over the phone and over video meetings, demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times.
You must also be able to work from the office, based in Southport and have full right to work in the UK.
The salary for this Helpdesk Support role is between £24,000-£26,000 plus a bonus on top.
