Research, troubleshoot, and resolve provider issues or escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate teams. Conduct outbound follow-up calls and communications to ensure timely resolution of provider requests. Process provider and member updates while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards. Meet established service, quality, and productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer support. What we're looking for High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum two years of experience in customer service, call center support, helpdesk support, healthcare operations, provider services, claims processing, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a remote environment.
