Provide technical direction and review for electrical system design, test architecture, and equipment modifications. Ensure robust test strategies, data integrity, and documentation for equipment testing and validation activities. Support new and existing manufacturing equipment through design input, installation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and validation. Monitoring equipment downtime, PM effectiveness, and reliability metrics, lead to corrective and preventive actions. Perform equipment risk assessments related to safety, compliance, and unplanned downtime. Interface with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Regulatory, Process Development and Equipment Development to resolve issues and drive improvements. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to address technical issues and improvement opportunities. Drive improvements in safety, quality, service, and efficiency within the electrical equipment engineering scope. Support equipment qualification and validation activities in compliance with FDA/QSR and internal standards. Ensure appropriate resources, tools, and processes are in place to maintain compliance. Promote a work environment aligned with Quality, EHS, and Energy policies. Bachelor or Licenciature degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical Industrial Maintenance or related.
