We are seeking a Barback to join our dynamic team at Canad Inns. In this role, you will support bartenders by ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and organized, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. This position is for Friday nights plus special events. Previous experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Clean the facility as needed, including washrooms (frequent bathroom checks) Collect glasses and beer bottles and return full cases of empties to the appropriate areas Ensures bartenders and servers have sufficient garnishes and miscellaneous items to perform their job duties Replenishes water and ice bins Maintain adequate supply of beer, coolers and specialty drinks in each cooler Wash and re-shelve glassware Remove all glassware from tables Ensure all empties are collected and returned to the appropriate area Wipe down the entire bar area, including coolers, bar, tip rails and cabinets Perform other duties as required Requirements Must have or be willing to obtain Smart Choices certification.
