Como Camaroteiro(a), as suas responsabilidades incluirão: Garantir a limpeza minuciosa, organização e arrumação dos camarotes dos passageiros, incluindo a troca de roupa de cama e toalhas, limpeza de casas de banho e áreas de estar; Contribuir para a limpeza dos camarotes, proporcionando um ambiente acolhedor e agradável para os hóspedes; Colaborar com outros membros da equipe de hotelaria para garantir um alto padrão de limpeza e arrumação em toda a embarcação; Participar nas tarefas partilhadas e acompanhar os clientes as suas cabines Comunicar quaisquer problemas ou necessidades de manutenção aos responsáveis correspondentes; Atender aos pedidos especiais dos hóspedes, garantindo que suas necessidades sejam prontamente atendidas; Seguir os procedimentos de segurança e normas de HACCP para garantir a segurança e a saúde dos hóspedes e da equipa.
