Collecting, updating, and maintaining complete guest information in Opera, including profiles, contact details, travel documents, flight details, special occasions, and preferences. Reviewing all reservation correspondence to identify special requests or instructions and ensuring this information is communicated promptly to relevant departments. Managing reservation updates such as last-minute changes, cancellations, payment guarantees, no-show follow-ups, and reporting unpaid or unresponsive online bookings. Ensuring accurate financial and administrative processes, including reconciling commissionable bookings, applying correct rates, matching invoices with Opera, and maintaining strict confidentiality of guest and company records.
