The Catering Coordinator is an essential member of the team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
The Catering Coordinator is responsible for for providing administrative support to the Catering team while being familiar with all aspects of the catering services planning process. Assist in the organizing of social events and act as a liaison with the hotel’s Department and Division Heads in planning internal Four Seasons meetings.
Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, and Golden Sales and Catering, Social Tables
• Food and Beverage knowledge is a plus
• Work well under pressure, requires multitasking and being a team player.
• Good organizational skills.
• Previous administrative, hotel, and/or related experience required.
