The job
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at our independently owned bar & restaurant, The Spylaw, in Colinton. As a manager, you will need to deliver excellent customer service, be able to multitask and work under pressure. We are a 50/50 wet/dry split, and it is essential that you have experience in running both restaurant & bar to a high standard.
Requirements:

· You should be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.
· Being reliable and punctual is essential.
