Job Description:
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Purchasing Clerk for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proper receiving, storing, and issuing of all food and beverage products in the food, beverage, and general storeroom under the guidance of the department supervisor.
• Delivers requisition and parcels daily.
• Inspect and unpack merchandise received, and stock/store warehouse inventory products, such as food, beverage, and non-perishable items.
• Adhere to operations procedures and local health department regulation.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in all work areas.
• Assist in conducting Physical Inventory.
• Assist receiving of goods, for quality and accuracy.
• Assist in document filing, logs, and other clerical duties.
• Report any discrepancies on requisitions, receiving, quality, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Must be flexible and able to work am and pm shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver’s license.
• Must be able to handle repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or walk for an extended period in an outdoor/indoor environment.
• Must be able to operate hand truck, pallet jack, golf cart.
• Basic computer operation understanding.
