We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to help lead the team at Six by Nico.

Due to our unique concept, we change menus on a regular basis which will give you the opportunity for continual development of your skills and knowledge with different cooking styles.
The role of Senior Sous chef will see you work closely with the Head chef in overseeing the entire kitchen operation. You will assist in supervising your team and coordinating the delivery of high quality food, in a busy and fast paced kitchen environment. You will have enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge in the kitchen as well as the people around you.
