Attends staff training and meetings as required by the employer. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least a BSN. Current active licensure in the state the facility resides as an R.N with no disciplinary actions. 2 years direct supervisory experience, 5 years preferred. Experience in policy management, leadership, and regulation compliance. Knowledge of financial reporting, legal regulations, and evidence-based practice. Ability to deal with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion. Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service. Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Active BLS certificate.
