Must be able to identify and categorize each patient’s age specific grouping of needs, such as those infant, adolescents or geriatric patients. Must be EHR proficient. Must be proficient in all aspects of immunizations to include but not limited to documentation, ordering, receiving, distribution, training, reporting, and coordinating between different venders. Responsible for compliance with the other requirements affecting the clinic such as State/Federal regulations, PCMH standards and compliance/ Performance Improvement standards.
