Assist in coordinating reservations, ensuring all relevant information is recorded accurately. Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and informing them of daily specials and promotions. Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient table turnover. Monitor dining areas to ensure tables are cleaned and prepared for the next guests in a timely manner. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information.
