Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager at Jasmine Porch plays a pivotal role in maintaining the restaurant's 5-star service and operations. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, the Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, ensures exceptional guest experiences, manages staff, and upholds the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. The Restaurant Manager collaborates with department leaders to optimize performance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive financial success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred.
