Alors ce poste est fait pour vous ! Description du poste Nous recherchons dans le cadre d'un CDD de 6 mois à temps complet un(e) Technicien(ne) préleveur/se au sein de notre laboratoire d'Evry. Missions : - Prélèvements : Réaliser des prélèvements sanguins au sein du laboratoire, en respectant les protocoles en vigueur et en assurant une prise en charge bienveillante et sécurisée des patients. - Accueil ou relationnel: Assurer un accueil chaleureux, informer les patients sur le déroulement des prélèvements et répondre à leurs questions. - Administratif : Réaliser l'enregistrement et le suivi des dossiers patients - Tri des échantillons : Centrifuger, décanter et coliser les échantillons pour leur acheminement vers le plateau technique - Participation à la démarche qualité : Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et à l'amélioration continue du système qualité du laboratoire. -Gestion du stock de consommables : Commander auprès des fournisseurs, réceptionner les commandes - Intervention : Participation à la tournée des prélèvements à domicile selon les besoins - Délai : Information des patients sur le délai de rendu des résultats - Entretien : Préparer et maintenir en bon état les salles de prélèvements Eurofins est engagé dans une politique en faveur de l'insertion des travailleurs handicapés. Une adaptation au poste selon les profils sera étudiée. Qualifications Qualification : - Le poste est accessible aux titulaires d’un diplôme de technicien de laboratoire de biologie médicale figurant sur l’arrêté du 21/10/1992. - La détention du Certificat de Capacité à Effectuer des Prélèvements Sanguins (CCEPS) et de l'Attestation de Formation aux Gestes et Soins d'Urgence (AFGSU) est obligatoire. - Numéro RPPS obligatoire - Vous avez idéalement une expérience en laboratoire d’analyses médicales et une connaissance des logiciels de gestion de laboratoire (de préférence HEXALIS). Toutefois, les débutants sont également les bienvenus : une formation est prévue à l'embauche.
