QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage stock levels effectively.
• A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing overall sales performance.
