This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, consultants and partners in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Client Relationships: Understands project objectives, and business value, from the user's point of view. Is customer focused. Builds trusted relationships with users. Project Planning and Management: Experienced in planning and managing project scope, schedules, resources, budget, issues, and risks. Understands need and value of attention to detail. Proactively identifies and addresses project risks. Utilizes change management to control scope and communicate scope changes. Tracks and reports project progress, and forecast trends. Team Leadership/Development: Ability to organize, manage, and lead the project team to success. Supports project team members and colleagues.
