Sous l’orientation de son manager, le Chef d’Équipe - Assembleur dirigera une équipe dans le département de l’assemblage électrique d’une manière positive afin d’assurer que les objectifs et initiatives de production sont atteints dans les temps.
Vous avez l’œil pour les détails et avez de la fierté pour votre travail et le travail de votre équipe.
Vous vous engagez à construire une équipe qui est imputable et qui accompli de manière efficace, les requis de la production, tout en maintenant un travail de qualité supérieurs.

Horaire :

• Quart de nuit : du dimanche au jeudi (de 18h à 5h)
• 40 heures par semaine
• Possibilité de temps supplémentaire la semaine et le dimanche.

Vos responsabilités :

• Prendrez responsabilité des commandes du début à la fin;
• Soutenir votre équipe dans la production quotidienne et dans la résolution de problèmes;
• Gérer l’efficacité de l’équipe
• Prendre le contrôle de la résolution de problèmes, travailler avec d’autres département afin de trouver des solutions immédiates;
• Coacher et former les membres de votre équipe
• Communiquer avec les différents départements au sujet des pièces, sur le suivi de la production ou autres problèmes.

Compétences et connaissances requises :

• Expérience en Leadership (Capacités démontrée à diriger ainsi que des capacités interpersonnelles et de coaching)
• Capacité à travailler avec MS Office et un Logiciel ERP;
• Bonne communication verbale et écrite en anglais;
• Expérience dans un atelier d’assemblage;
• Capacité de comprendre les diagrammes électriques et des commandes de production.

Under the guidance of his Manager, the Team Leader – Assembler will be leading a team in the wiring Department in a positive manner to ensure production schedules and initiatives are completed.

Schedule:

• Night shift: Monday to Thursday (6pm to 5am)
• 40h per week
• Possibility of over-time during the week and on Sunday’s.

What you will do:

• Take ownership of orders from start to finish;
• Support your team on the day-to-day production and issues that could arise;
• To manage the overall effectiveness of the team;
• Take lead on problem solving, working with all departments to find immediate solutions;
• Coaching and training team members;
• Communicating with different department about parts, on the status of production progress or any concern.

Skills and Knowledge you should possess:

• Previous experience of leadership (Demonstrates leadership ability, interpersonal and coaching skills);
• Working proficiency with MS Office, ERP system;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Assembly workshop experience;
• Ability to understand Wiring Diagrams and production orders.

Mandatory:

• To be eligible for this position, you must legally be permitted to work in Canada, without any help from Lumenwerx.
• Available to work full-time (40h per week) year-round.
