This role involves supervising clinical operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring the delivery of effective, client-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and leadership to substance use disorder treatment staff in accordance with OASAS guidelines. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans to meet client needs. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Facilitate staff training and professional development activities. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
