The Graphic Designer will play a key role in designing and producing impactful visual assets to support TTEC's sales initiatives; shaping how we communicate our value to prospective and existing clients; creating visually compelling, brand-aligned materials that win business and build trust. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, brand identity awareness, excellent time management / organizational abilities / communication skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design and presentation software. You'll report to the Senior Consultant, Proposal Support. During a Typical Day, You’ll Collaborate with the Creative Director, and the Sales & Support teams to understand project objectives, opportunity insights, and creative/branding requirements for deliverable assets and initiatives. Conceptualize and design visually engaging client-facing assets—primarily for digital delivery—including customized presentations, proposal documents, infographics, and more. Possess an understanding of corporate brand identity systems, and be able to capture the essence and tone of our clients’ brand elements in the development of customized creative assets. Work closely with members of the Proposals, Solutioning, and Sales & Sales Support teams and other stakeholders to translate concepts and ideas into visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and value propositions. Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules and deadlines. Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance TTEC's creative capabilities. What You Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, with a focus on B2B creative proposals and presentation work. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating dynamic presentations; and in Microsoft Word. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and Illustrator. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet project objectives and exceed expectations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
