The CHRO will oversee talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, and HR governance within Nigeria’s asset management landscape. Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Human Capital Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the firm’s business objectives Advise executive management and the Board on HR-related matters Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and culture transformation 2.
