Maintains current knowledge of employment practices, assists with policy review, updates the Employee Handbook and makes recommendations for changes as appropriate. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, related discipline or equivalent experience required A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. Thorough understanding of human resources principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
