Description du poste Rattaché(e) au Sécretaire Général du Groupe Silenseas, le/la HR Business Partner structure et déploie la stratégie RH d’Orient Express Silenseas dans un contexte de création, de croissance et de transformation. Il/Elle agit en partenaire stratégique du management, tout en garantissant l’excellence opérationnelle des processus RH, la conformité sociale et le développement d’une expérience collaborateur alignée avec les standards du luxe. Stratégie Talent & Culture Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie Talent & Culture en cohérence avec les valeurs, la vision et les objectifs du Groupe, ainsi qu’avec les Codes de Conduite d’Accor et de LVMH. Structurer, déployer et piloter l’ensemble des politiques et processus RH (recrutement, performance, développement, engagement, diversité, conformité). Piloter le déploiement du SIRH (cadrage, paramétrage, conduite du changement, formation), en garantissant la fiabilité des données et l’alignement avec les besoins business. Être le/la référent(e) RH stratégique auprès du COMEX, du CODIR et des managers. Relations Sociales & Cadre Juridique Accompagner la création et la structuration des entités juridiques du Groupe, en garantissant la conformité aux réglementations sociales et au droit du travail. Piloter la stratégie de relations sociales, conduire le dialogue social et négocier les accords collectifs, dans une logique de partenariat durable. Sécuriser les pratiques RH et anticiper les risques sociaux et juridiques. Expérience Talent & Leadership Superviser l’ensemble du cycle de vie des talents : attractivité, recrutement, intégration (onboarding), performance, développement, rétention et plans de succession. Déployer une expérience collaborateur différenciante, reflétant l’ADN luxe, l’excellence opérationnelle et les exigences internationales de la marque. Accompagner et challenger les managers sur les enjeux de leadership, de coaching, d’engagement et de développement des équipes. Administration du Personnel & Supervision de la Paie Superviser l’ensemble de l’administration du personnel et garantir la conformité des contrats, des dossiers collaborateurs et des registres légaux. Piloter les processus liés aux entrées et sorties des collaborateurs (DPAE, soldes de tout compte, certificats de travail). Superviser la gestion des éléments variables de paie et garantir la fiabilité des données transmises aux prestataires ou aux outils de paie. Gérer les relations avec les organismes externes, notamment l’URSSAF, les caisses de retraite, les mutuelles et la médecine du travail. Budget RH, Workforce Planning & Reporting Contribuer à l’élaboration du budget RH annuel et assurer le pilotage de la masse salariale en lien avec la Direction Financière. Suivre et analyser les dépenses RH. Piloter les exercices de workforce planning, de prévision (forecast) et de planification pluriannuelle des effectifs, en cohérence avec la stratégie de développement du Groupe. Qualifications Qualifications : Diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (université ou école de commerce), avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines et/ou droit social. Minimum 8 ans d’expérience progressive en RH, dont au moins 10 ans dans un rôle de leadership au sein d’un environnement en forte croissance. Solide expérience dans des environnements internationaux, idéalement dans les secteurs de l’hospitalité, du cruise ou du luxe. Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais.
