Rattaché(e) à notre responsable paie et administration du personnel, vos missions seront les suivantes : Etablir les contrats de travail, avenants ou conventions pour l’ensemble du personnel, Gérer les entrées et les affiliations auprès des organismes sociaux: mutuelle, prévoyance, retraite, DPAE…, Etre garant(e) de la bonne tenue des dossiers du personnel et de leur actualisation (mise à jour mutuelle, titre séjour…), Participer aux campagnes annuelles du service (NAO, attestations légales…), Assurer la maintenance de l’arborescence du logiciel de pointage et de gestion des temps, S’engager dans une démarche pro-active dans le sens de l’amélioration continue du service et des process, Répondre aux demandes RH, managers et salariés, Participer à la veille légale, Qualifications 🧰 Quelles sont les compétences recherchées ?
