In this role, you will support the HR Department in managing administrative, contractual, and financial processes, while gaining hands-on experience in labour law application, digital transformation, and organizational management. You will also collaborate directly with the HR Director, assisting in activities related to trade union relations, HR governance, and compliance. Your main responsibilities: Managing and revising HR supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labour law principles. Supporting the review, simplification, and digitalization of HR administrative processes and standardization of contractual documentations. Supporting budget monitoring and cost control activities related to HR suppliers and services. Assisting with reporting, data analysis, and preparation of documentation and presentation to the management. Providing direct support to the HR Director, especially on topics related to trade union communication and HR governance. Contributing to continuous improvement projects that enhance digital efficiency and compliance within HR.
