This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an HR professional who thrives in autonomy, understands production environments, and is comfortable balancing strategy with daily execution. This position operates as a department of one and partners closely with leadership, supervisors, and employees to ensure compliance, stability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
