Join our award-winning program management team and bring transformational project solutions to life.   Your Opportunity  Stantec is seeking a Program Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure programs. In this role, you will provide expertise in cost, schedule, and reporting functions, helping program teams track performance, improve processes, and deliver projects efficiently. You’ll also lead and mentor project controls staff while partnering closely with project, program, and client stakeholders.   Your Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement program/project controls standards, procedures, and reporting tools * Monitor project cost and schedule performance, including baselines, forecasting, and variance analysis * Lead planning and scheduling activities (Primavera P6 or similar systems) * Establish and maintain WBS/CBS structures, dashboards, and performance metrics * Prepare reports, presentations, and KPIs for program leadership and clients * Identify risks/issues and implement corrective actions with project teams * Oversee change management, document control, and QA/QC processes * Lead and mentor project controls team members * Support Earned Value Management (EVM), accruals, and cost forecasting * Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure program success Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
