A vállalat vevőinek folyószámla kezelése, legyen az termékértékesítésből, szolgáltatásnyújtásból származó bevétel vagy kintlévőség, valamint a kimenő számlák elkészítése az ezekkel kapcsolatos pénzügyi/számviteli információk nyújtása a te feladatod lenne. Folyószámla kezeléshez szükséges információk beszerzése; A vevők folyószámláin szereplő nyitott tételek, előlegek, részletfizetések, illetve a túlfizetések egyeztetése a vevőkkel; Vevő/szállító kompenzálási feladatok; A vevők lejárt határidejű tartozásaira fizetési felszólítások kiküldése, késedelmi kamatok terhelése és az ezzel kapcsolatos reklamációk kezelése; Visszautalás vagy követelés beszámítása a vevő tartozásba; Egyenleg- és forgalomegyeztetés a vevőkkel és a részükre történő kifizetések kezelése; Termék és szolgáltatás számlák elkészítése, kiküldése, számlakorrekciók és számla reklamációk kezelése; Könyvviteli zárlati feladatok végrehajtása, könyvvizsgálati, hatósági és egyéb adatszolgáltatás; Megoldási javaslatok felvetése a speciális üzleti igények kielégítése érdekében; Egyes meghatározott IT problémák megoldásának nyomon követése, támogatása.
