Partnership Strategy & Execution (Business Development) Identify & Target: Proactively research and identify potential strategic partners across key sectors: Trading Platforms, CRM Providers, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Financial/Industry Media (e.g., FT, PropfirmMatch), Education platforms, and Brokers. Deal Negotiation: Lead the entire partnership lifecycle from initial contact through negotiation and contract signing, focusing on revenue-sharing, integration, and referral models. Revenue Generation: Own and exceed quarterly and annual targets for new partnership-driven revenue. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with partners Product Representation & Integration Serve as the primary partnership expert for our product suite: Web Development Services Risk Management Tools Affiliate Management Systems Trading Journal Applications Tradeopay (Payment Solution) Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and prioritize integration requirements for seamless partner/client onboarding Develop clear, compelling value propositions and training materials for partner sales and technical teams. Demonstrable track record of closing high-value, complex partnership deals that directly resulted in significant revenue growth. Deep Understanding of the Trading Ecosystem: Familiarity with the operational models, technology needs, and value chain of Trading Platforms, Brokers, and Trading Technology service providers. Payment Systems Expertise: Understanding of payment processing within the trading industry, including knowledge of PSPs, merchant accounts, and, specifically, the functional integration of a proprietary solution like Tradeopay. Sales & Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to both business and technical audiences. Technology Fluency: A solid understanding of API integrations, SaaS business models, and the technical requirements for partnering with services like CRM.
