Driving use of customer insights from customer segmentation, competitive analysis and market trends (both commercially and health system) to inform changes to existing portfolio and new product development process.  Collaborate with Proposition team to understand the needs of various segments of ILH portfolio and input into continual benefit refreshes to continue to meet those needs. Using data and analytics of customer behaviour to determine opportunities and challenges across portfolio. Applying innovative thinking and a drive for results to translate customer insights and commercial acumen into propositions which help Irish Life Health’s members lead healthier lives.
