We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join the Sales team. In this role, you’ll be leading proactive outbound prospecting, driving new leads and collaborating closely with our Account Executives. Your insights and efforts will support identifying and qualifying opportunities that propel our success forward.

You are successful at building strong relationships with prospects and internal teams, qualifying leads based on current pain points, ensuring alignment with our assets before ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated excellence in aligning with marketing campaigns and has consistently shown adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. We are a virtual organization and as a remote worker you must be comfortable and able to work 100 per cent of the time from a home office in Canada. To be successful as a remote worker you need to have a self-starter attitude, possess strong organizational and time management skills and be a proactive communicator.
