Description du poste Votre future équipe Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités digitales au sein des équipes de Maxime, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) AMOA SI pour accompagner l’un de nos clients stratégiques sur des projets à forts enjeux organisationnels et technologiques. Vos missions En appui aux décideurs et directions métiers, vous aurez un rôle clé de cadrage, d’analyse et de structuration des besoins SI, avec une posture de conseil et de pilotage. Vos principales missions seront : Cadrage et analyse des besoins SI : recueil, formalisation et priorisation des besoins métiers et stratégiques. Appui aux décideurs : éclairer et challenger les choix stratégiques en matière de SI et DATA, proposer des solutions adaptées aux enjeux métiers. Études d’impact : analyser la cohérence des besoins avec la stratégie SI globale et les contraintes techniques. AMOA SI autour des plateformes d’ingénierie : contribuer au cadrage et à l’évolution des systèmes liés à l’ingénierie (PLM, CAO, GED), dans des environnements complexes et fortement réglementés. Pilotage fonctionnel : contribuer à la structuration des projets, à la validation des livrables MOE et à la vérification de leur adéquation avec les besoins exprimés. Accompagnement au changement : sensibiliser les acteurs aux impacts liés aux évolutions SI et DATA, organiser des ateliers de compréhension et de transfert de connaissances. Production documentaire : rédiger et maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle et les supports d’aide à la décision.
