BILINGUAL INBOUND SALES AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (WORK FROM HOME)

PODS, Portable Storage Canada Limited is looking for motivated, self-starting work from home sales and service representatives!
PODS Portable Storage Canada, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is expanding. We are currently seeking fully bilingual Sales and Service representatives to work for our new sales and service team in the Montreal area. If you have a passion for providing customers with a world class experience, PODS would like you to join our team.

The sales and service representative will assist customers with their moving and storage needs via a consultative service process. They will coordinate the scheduling of customer events and updates to customer records, provide timely service solutions in an efficient manner without sacrificing the customer experience.

• Resumes in English are preferable but we welcome French as well.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ ans d’expérience en vente et service préféré
• Expérience de l’atteinte et du dépassement des objectifs de vente fixés
• Capacité démontrée à maintenir un taux de conversion élevé dans un délai accéléré (dans les 30 jours)
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et verbal)
• Expérience de travail dans un centre de contact est un plus
• Affichez un haut niveau de professionnalisme lors de vos interactions avec des clients internes / externes par e-mail, téléphone et communication face à face.
• Connaissance pratique de MS Office, des systèmes téléphoniques et des ordinateurs de bureau
• Souci du détail
• Posséder des compétences en mathématiques suffisantes pour effectuer les tâches requises
• Ou une combinaison équivalente d’études, de formation ou d’expérience

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years Sales and Service experience preferred
• Experience meeting and exceeding set sales goals
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high conversion in accelerated time frame (within 30 days)
• Proficient in both French and English (written and verbal)
• Experience working in a contact center is a plus
• Display high level of professionalism while interacting with internal/external customers through email, phone and face-to-face communication
• Working knowledge of MS Office, telephone systems and desktop computer
• Strong attention to detail
• Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience

• Provide customers with container rental and associated product information, establish quotes and close sales for local and long-distance moves
• Capture all data elements required for the sale and ensure customer understands products and services offered
• Explain benefits of products to potential customers and apply advanced sales skills to secure the sale
• Solicit information from the customers and evaluate their needs to match our product line to ensure customer requirements are met
• Meet or exceed sales goals and minimum performance standards as set forth by management including, but not limited to conversion, adherence to schedule, average handle time, quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle all call types, including customer service and take overflow calls as necessary to fulfill business needs
• Ability to read, write and speak proficiently in both French and English
• Able to assist with other Canadian and US residential calls in English
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work schedules as determined by management to meet business needs
• Able to meets or exceed performance criteria as defined
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
