Description du poste Dans le cadre de la réalisation de projet de MOE, en collaboration avec le chef de projet, vous êtes en charge du pilotage technique des projets confiés. Responsabilité : La conformité de la conception aux exigences du contrat, La qualité et de la conformité de la documentation technique aux exigences du contrat, La gestion de la relation client pour les aspects techniques / métiers (en complément du chef de projet qui traite les aspects contractuels), Domaine d’intervention : Offres et réponse à AO, Etudes de faisabilité (Esquisse/Faisabilité), Etudes en phase de conception (APS, APD et PRO), Préparation des contrats de réalisation (DCE et ACT), Surveillance et suivi des études d’exécution des titulaires de marché de réalisation (VISA), Analyse des impacts techniques des modifications demandées. Missions : Pilotage de l’équipe de conception multi-métiers tout au long du projet (Esquisse/Faisabilité, risques techniques, APS, APD, PRO, DCE, ACT, VISA et modifications d’ingénierie). Vous vous appuierez sur les ingénieurs d’études métiers et sur les projeteurs, Etablissement des périmètres et des objectifs techniques et financiers (ou heures allouées) des chargés d’études, en lien avec les exigences fixées par le chef de projet, et les responsables métiers. Cohérence technique d’ensemble des solutions conçues par les chargés d’études, Rédaction de documents techniques généraux et de synthèse, Suivi de la prise en compte des exigences dans la conception (performances, exigences fonctionnelles, exigences de sûreté), Coordination au quotidien la réalisation des études et s’assure de la production de la documentation, de sa vérification et de sa livraison en qualité et en délais au client auprès du responsable BE, Validation interne des activités techniques et sollicite la contribution des experts métiers, si nécessaire.
