Met jouw AM team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de commerciële groei doelstellingen en rendementsdoelstellingen van Regio Noordwest en draag jij bij aan de resultaten van de Mid Corporates. Je woont in de regio Noordwest, waarbij Aon kantoor Amsterdam de belangrijkste uitvalsbasis voor jou en je team is. Met het realiseren van jouw hoofddoelen, zijnde realisatie van de netto groeidoelstelling, groei in New Business (New New en New Add) en behalen van retentiedoelstelling, draag je direct en onverdeeld bij aan de resultaten van de Mid Corporates. Mid Corporates NoordWest staat opgelijnd voor zakelijke relaties (tot 300 medewerkers) in die regio. Naast de aansturing van het AM en verantwoordelijkheid voor deze financiële targets, ben je ook een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor je AM'er bent, die ook bij zakelijke relaties als troubleshooter fungeert indien dit noodzakelijk is. Je onderhoud als managementcontact de relatie met meerdere grotere relaties en heb daarnaast ook een aantal grotere relaties die je zelf direct adviseert. Je creëert een salescultuur waarbij plezier en resultaat hand in hand gaan. Ook hier word je enthousiast van De functie vereist dat je je rol als people manager en sales manager combineert met inhoudelijke, specifieke expertise op het gebied van technische product en (regionale) marktkennis, kennis van wet- en regelgeving en kennis van de processen en systemen die bijdragen aan verdere efficiency en alignment binnen Mid Corporates. Deze specifieke kennis en inzichten zet je in richting je team, richting interne stakeholders, maar zeker ook richting relaties. Je levert daarnaast input voor de strategie van Mid Corporates Regio Noordwest vanuit een eigen onverdeelbare bedrijfsfunctie. Vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar een teamplan/-plannen en naar zowel functionele als specialistische deelgebieden zoals Health, Cyber, Risk Management, Trade Credit en Wealth. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de integratie van diverse gerelateerde werkprocessen (vastlegging, efficiency, compliance) binnen een afgebakend onderdeel van het bedrijfsonderdeel of functionele (deel)gebieden. Je werkt direct samen met de diverse solution Lines en draagt bij aan het realiseren van de commerciële doelen van de diverse solution Lines.
