Description du poste Dans le cadre de nos activités pour RTE (Réseau de Transport d’Électricité), nous recherchons un chargé d’affaires / suivi de travaux expérimenté pour assurer le pilotage et le suivi de la mise en place d’une trentaine de groupes électrogènes. Ces installations visent à garantir la continuité d’alimentation du réseau lors d’opérations de maintenance ou d’intervention sur les lignes à haute tension. Ce poste polyvalent, à la croisée entre chargé d’affaires électricité et PMO technique, requiert une bonne culture projet, une approche rigoureuse de la planification et une solide maîtrise des risques. Vos missions principales : Sous la responsabilité du chef de projet, vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, depuis la préparation jusqu’à la mise en service des installations : - Pilotage et coordination Organiser et piloter la mise en place d’une trentaine de groupes électrogènes sur la plaque RTE Nancy (avec possibilité d’extension au secteur Lyon) ; Assurer la coordination des entreprises prestataires chargées des travaux, essais et mises en route ; Garantir la conformité technique et sécuritaire des installations selon les exigences RTE. - Gestion de projet et planification Élaborer et suivre le planning global des activités (préparation, livraison, essais, mise en service) ; Identifier et gérer les points d’arrêt critiques du projet, en lien avec les exigences contractuelles et techniques ; Suivre l’avancement, les écarts, et proposer les actions correctives nécessaires ; Contribuer à la gestion des risques projet et à leur mise à jour tout au long du cycle. - Suivi technique et fournisseurs Rédiger et suivre les spécifications techniques relatives aux raccordements et aux essais électriques ; Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs et sous-traitants : livrables, qualité, conformité et respect des délais ; Participer aux essais et à la mise en service des installations, en interface directe avec RTE ; Produire les reportings techniques et d’avancement auprès du chef de projet et du client. Qualifications Profil recherché : Formation technique (Bac +2 à Bac +5) en électricité, électrotechnique ou ingénierie industrielle ; Expérience significative en suivi de travaux, gestion de projet ou coordination technique dans le domaine électrique (idéalement sur projets RTE, Enedis ou équivalents) ; Solides connaissances en réseaux électriques et en procédures de mise en service ; Bonne culture projet : maîtrise des fondamentaux en planification, analyse de risques et gestion des interfaces ; Capacité à analyser les points d’arrêt, identifier les risques techniques et proposer des plans d’action ; Excellent relationnel, rigueur et sens du terrain ; Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de planification (MS Project, Excel, etc.) ; Permis B requis (déplacements à prévoir sur le périmètre RTE).
