Responsibilities: Edit director-approved scripts and raw footage into cohesive, compelling episodes. Craft episodic drama content, focusing on long-form storytelling and maintaining emotional pacing. Exercise creative judgment to reorder shots, reframe scenes, and reshape sequences to enhance narrative impact. Produce engaging short-form videos from feature-length content, including adding subtitles, music, and other post-production elements. Experience in long-form editing (drama, TV shows, films). Proven ability to shape story structure, rhythm, character arcs, and emotional pacing. Confident in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
