En tant que Coordinateur études projet ferroviaire – Signalisation, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le pilotage et la coordination des études de signalisation pour des projets ferroviaires d’envergure, en lien étroit avec les équipes systèmes, infrastructures, exploitation et sécurité. Préparer et cadrer les études de signalisation Élaborer et suivre les contrats d’études de signalisation (convention, marchés MOE, sous-traitance). Collecter, analyser et structurer les données d’entrée techniques (référentiels ferroviaires, exigences sécurité, contraintes d’exploitation). Participer à la rédaction des devis et documents contractuels liés aux études systèmes. Coordonner les interfaces techniques signalisation Piloter et coordonner les interfaces techniques entre les études de signalisation et l’ensemble des autres métiers ferroviaires (télécommunications, énergie, traction électrique, caténaire, voie, ouvrages d’art et exploitation ferroviaire – travaux et essais), sur toutes les phases du projet (AVP, PRO, REA). Coordonner les prestations d’études internes et/ou externes (MOE, bureaux d’études spécialisés). Animer les réunions techniques, diffuser les comptes rendus et suivre les plans d’actions. Planifier, sécuriser et optimiser les études Élaborer, suivre et mettre à jour les plannings d’études de signalisation (APS, APD, PRO). Anticiper les risques techniques et opérationnels (compatibilité systèmes, phasage travaux, contraintes d’exploitation). Optimiser les coûts d’études et contribuer à la maîtrise des coûts globaux des ouvrages. Assister le Chef de Projet sur les enjeux systèmes Contribuer aux bilans mensuels et au reporting coûts / qualité / délais, avec un focus signalisation. Participer à la clôture technique et économique des contrats d’études. Apporter un appui technique sur les décisions liées aux choix de solutions de signalisation. Contribuer au développement et à l’externalisation des études Rédiger ou assembler les cahiers des charges techniques de signalisation. Analyser les offres techniques et financières, formuler des avis techniques argumentés. Piloter les prestataires d’études et s’assurer de la conformité aux exigences ferroviaires et de sécurité. Capitaliser sur la qualité des prestations Réaliser les enquêtes de satisfaction auprès des chefs de projet. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes et processus d’études signalisation. Qualifications Votre profil pour exceller dans ce poste : Formation : Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou titulaire d’un Master 2 en génie civil, systèmes ferroviaires, signalisation, électrotechnique ou travaux publics. Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience avérée en gestion de projet ou en PMO, idéalement acquise sur des projets ferroviaires ou systèmes complexes (signalisation, télécommunications, énergie, infrastructures).
