Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, validation and tailoring T&C processes, instructions, capability sheets, handbooks and practices
• Provide Engineering support to the T&C team in order to mature the Operations Build Strategy and T&C STW Plans, and other deliverables as required
• Responsible for working collaboratively with the HCF T&C team to execute the T&C program scope
• Supporting the HCF T&C team to generate the HCF Program T&C strategies and plans, including ensuring all planning documents are in line with the program and business plans and framework.
• Support T&C department interactions with the Operations, Quality and Engineering teams to ensure robust engineering solutions are selected, including the conduct of Design for Test reviews with Engineering as required.
• Support T&C department Interaction with Supply Chain to ensure that Procurement Subcontract SOWs align with the scope requirements of the T&C program (including provision of OEM training to technicians and on-site liaison of subcontractor agents) as required.
• Support T&C department interaction with Support Engineering (ILS) to ensure that support is provided to the training and maintenance obligations of the Contract scope
