TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking to appoint a very capable and dedicated lawyer with a genuine desire to develop their career as a rounded commercial property lawyer. You will have some commercial property law experience gained at a city, national or large regional law firm recognised for its property practice. The role will involve transactional investment work, including dealing with financings, and asset management of commercial assets in a variety of sectors, so prior experience in these areas will be required. There may also be some opportunity to get involved in development projects. Due to the nature of the work and structure of the team we are looking to appoint a Senior Associate in this area, however we are willing to consider candidates with more or less experience.
