As a lead data warehouse developer on our Data Services team in Property IT, you’ll lead initiatives working with our business partners to create and implement new features and make value-added improvements to existing ones. You’ll lead the design, development, testing, documenting, and deployment of various database objects and SSIS packages needed for Property Data Warehouse ETL. Partnering with our business users, you’ll strive to understand their requirements, test your development work, and provide guidance for Go/No-Go decisions. Your troubleshooting skills will help to resolve bugs in a timely manner and ensure data quality. Participation in the on-call support rotation is required.
This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum six years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

Preferred skills

• Experience in SQL Server, SSIS, and ELT/ETL processes
• Knowledge and experience with data modeling tools
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience using Github

Compensation

• $128,000-$143,000/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
