Make a difference as Senior Digital Workplace Engineer

As a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer, you are the product owner and the lead for enhancing our state-of-the-art digital workplace environment. You are responsible for providing a solid, secure, and reliable digital workplace foundation. Furthermore, you:

• Focus on increasing customer satisfaction, improving lead times, and delivering standard solutions.
• Enhance productivity and efficiency of services in compliance with security policies.
• Define a digital workplace strategy aligned with organisational needs and external trends and opportunities.
• Manage the digital workplace roadmap and ensure that the team’s knowledge is up-to-date and applied efficiently
• Combine analytical skills with a hands-on approach and delegate tasks effectively when necessary.

What you bring as a future colleague

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• You have minimum 5 years of experience.
• You are passionate about Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager and Azure solutions and you are (willing to achieve) Microsoft Modern Workplace Certificates.
• You are a proactive professional with excellent communication and analytical skills tailored to user needs.
• You excel in global cross-functional teamwork and aligning with stakeholders.
• You have experience with Agile methodologies.
