Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, skylights, louvers, cladding, and other façade systems according to approved shop drawings.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and production work orders.
• Measure, cut, drill, machine, and assemble aluminium profiles and accessories accurately.
• Install hardware, gaskets, brackets, sealants, and other components as required.
• Ensure fabricated products meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work and rectify any defects before forwarding to the next production stage.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Machine Operators, Production Engineers, Supervisors, and QC Inspectors to ensure smooth production.
• Maintain production targets while minimizing material waste and rework.
• Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, and production challenges to the Factory Supervisor.
• Assist in loading, packing, and preparing completed products for delivery when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Certificate, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in aluminium and façade fabrication, preferably in a GCC environment.
• Experience in fabricating curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, skylights, or other façade systems.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication/shop drawings.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and fabrication tools.
• Good knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment.

Job Summary:

The Operations Assistant / Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of façade projects by coordinating between departments, monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the timely flow of information, materials, and resources. The role works closely with project, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational activities between Project, Production, Procurement, Stores, Logistics, and Site teams.
• Monitor project schedules and follow up on production, material deliveries, and site requirements.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, correspondence, and operational records.
• Coordinate material requests, delivery schedules, and logistics to support project execution.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items.
• Monitor resource allocation, manpower deployment, and equipment availability.
• Assist in preparing work programs, progress reports, and management updates.
• Maintain accurate records of project status, material movements, and operational activities.
• Support the Project Manager and Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Assist in preparing project close-out documents and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, or administration, preferably in the façade, aluminium, glazing, or construction industry.
• Good understanding of façade project workflows, production, procurement, and site operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
