About this team
As a core member of the development team, you’ll be supported directly by fellow developers, product managers, and leadership. This is an exciting opportunity! It’s a fantastic avenue to explore multiple career pathways while working in a highly rewarding environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to quickly identify the source of issues or answer questions.
- Develop feature enhancements and participate in sprints to advance the product.
- Dive into code, logs, and output for debugging.
- Resolve complex technical issues in a timely fashion.
- Fix existing defects and address technical debt.
- Document frequently encountered problems and collaborate with PM & Dev groups.
- Maintain development documentation on design, processes, and work performed, and participate in code reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience developing a commercial web product.
- Experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Blazor).
- Experience with web programming, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Angular), and browser developer tools.
- Experience with relational databases: Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and DB management.
- Efficient problem-solving skills to help us work smarter, not harder.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Effective communication skills with strong conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work independently.
Must-haves
- Familiarity with Agile development practices (Git, Scrum).
- Comfortable with Microsoft development environment (Visual Studio, Azure DevOps).
