ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Product Manager (PM-1) to strengthen and scale our Payouts business. This role has two core mandates: 1. Ensure product sanity — improve reliability, usability, and operational robustness 2. Research and shape new adjacent product opportunities around Payouts You will work closely with the Director of Product to deeply understand the current system, identify structural gaps, and build a strong foundation for future growth.
