As a Senior Project Master, you will play a pivotal role within People Technology, supporting CIO Group Business Units and the Human Capital Management transformation program across Oracle Cloud and Oracle eBusiness Suite. Working closely with Product Owners, Change Owners, delivery teams, and partners, you will lead and embed Agile ways of working to ensure high‑quality, sustainable technology solutions are delivered. You’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and coach teams to continuously improve, while maintaining strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Operating across multiple teams and initiatives, you will apply Agile and Lean principles to optimise value delivery, promote collaboration, and ensure solutions are scalable, compliant and fit for purpose. Your pragmatic approach, combined with deep Agile expertise, will help drive successful outcomes across the application lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have extensive experienced as a Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery experience, including technology projects and HR systems.
