Description Position Summary Serve as a Technical Instructor and Writer for the Cyber Operations Specialist Advanced Individual Training (Phase 1). This role focuses on delivering high-level instruction within the Cyber Basic Technical Core (CBTC) and Cyber Common Technical Core (CCTC) frameworks, as well as specialized Programming and Scripting (PnS) modules Requirements Mandatory Qualifications To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the below criteria for both instruction tracks: Track A: Cyber Common Technical Core (CCTC/CBTC) Education/Experience: Professional Technical Instructor certification (e.g., CTT+, Master Training Specialist) OR 2+ years of formal technical classroom teaching experience. Compliance: Must hold a current DoD 8140.01 Baseline Certification (IAT Level 2 or higher). Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab, or GitHub). Background (One of the following): Graduate of Army 17-series MOS/AOC courses (17C, 17A, 170A, 25D, 255S). Graduate of CCTC Functional Course or CNOQC. Current OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) certification. Track B: Programming and Scripting (PnS) Development Skills: 2+ years of demonstrated proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and BASH (including design and testing) OR a Cyberspace Capabilities Developer (CCD) certification (Basic or higher).
