About the job


  • Location: Oxford with travel to Dublin on a frequent basisReporting to: Product ManagerJob summary: Analyse data to improve and update business systems and investigating problems and product management to evolve existing products and help launch new product enhancements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain community compliance questionnaires to a high level of detail and in accordance with business requirements.
  • Support the coordination of the questionnaire review processes, including collaborating with internal teams to meet stakeholder needs, upholding quality standards, and adhering to established timelines.
  • Configure changes in our internal system, ensuring accurate implementation and smooth deployment of updates and changes.
  • Work with the development and QA teams to raise change requests and enhancements and manage these through to release.
  • Analyse large data sets to help solve problems, identify trends and patterns in data and to work on data related enhancements.
  • As you progress, you will be involved in product management across the business


KEY REQUIREMENTSKnowledge and experience
