Organizes information and documentation in various technologies to include Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products as well as others as necessary. Ensure that the project team has all necessary information for successful execution of project related tasks and deliverables. Responsible for identifying, reporting, and modifying business processes to streamline project execution timelines. Expected to be proficient in understanding and communicating project objectives and outcomes while communicating with business stakeholders. May conduct presentations, end-user training, and provide guidance to team members and external stakeholders as needed. May perform minor to moderate development activities.
