IT Support and Services • Oversee the delivery of local IT end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Provide smart hands and feet support to IT infrastructure teams. • Ensure the availability and reliability of local IT services and infrastructure. • Drive local adoption of global IT service management processes and tools in alignment with Marvell’s global IT standards. Serve as an incident commander for major outages, ensuring proper coordination, communication, resolution, and root cause analysis & corrective actions. • • Ensure compliance with global IT security policies, data protection regulations, and internal audit standards. • Manage local IT assets (laptops, peripherals, network equipment, etc.) and ensure proper lifecycle management. • Support IT budget planning, procurement, and cost control for the Vietnam region. Relationship Management • Serve as the single point of contact for all IT-related matters in Europe. Serve as the regional champion for IT user experience, proactively identifying areas for improvement based on feedback, metrics, and engagement. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand IT pain points and prioritize initiatives that enhance end-user productivity and satisfaction. • Act as the escalation point for critical IT incidents impacting the region. Conduct regular reviews of satisfaction scores (CSAT), drive root cause analysis of repeat issues, and implement corrective actions. • • Communicate IT changes and updates to local employees effectively.
